Principal Product Manager
To assist them identify and develop our products, they are looking for a product manager that is entrepreneurial and mission-driven. This position will develop and further the product’s vision, lay out feature roadmaps, and coordinate execution with our engineering and design teams.
The ideal applicant is driven by data and the need to produce world-class solutions, has extensive expertise creating breakthrough technologies from scratch, and adopts a practical approach to bringing high-impact improvements to market quickly.
For this position, having prior experience in product planning, customer discovery, and process implementation is essential. You will collaborate with top engineers, marketers, and designers while directly answering to the director of products.
They are specifically looking for two senior project managers to add to the Consumer Experience division – one for our CX Core Experience team and one for their CX Growth team. The Growth team is in charge of on-boarding, referrals, first-time trading incentives, foreign and localization expansion, and generally helping more individuals learn about Gemini, simply join up, and start trading.
The Core Experience team is in charge of assisting Gemini customers in continuing and deepening their cryptocurrency adventure on Gemini and, as part of this mission, is particularly in charge of the home page. Large engineering teams and committed design support are present on both teams.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in full-cycle product management at high-growth digital firms, including the creation of product roadmaps from inception through deployment.
- Has a proven track record of managing challenging user on-boarding and acquisition while growing user growth.
- Strong leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams towards product delivery.
- Knowledge of creating a long-term vision, plan, and roadmap.
