To power apps that communicate with DIMO linked vehicle fleets, data unions, and token issuance/governance systems, the Solidity Developer position will concentrate on designing secure, effective, and performant smart contracts. Our objective is to boost business/government, machine-to-machine, and machine-to-human interactions taking place on open (but privacy-preserving) IoT networks.

Your actions will be:
- Directing DIMO’s technical plans and the development of smart contracts
- The creation, deployment, upkeep, and improvement of the smart contracts that drive the DIMO ecosystem.
- Creating code and libraries that are reused for the DIMO platform and the open-source community
- Creating NFT token specifications for complex, signed data using dids (We’ll be utilizing nfts and actual data in some creative ways!)
- Adjusting gas prices and security contracts
- Bridging the gap between technical implementation and token specification
- Collaborating closely on the product direction with the executive team
They’re seeking for somebody with having created active smart contracts on an EVM-compatible chain for one year, Experience in typical web2 software engineering for at least 4 years, Knowledge of the Smart Mobility and IoT field and active participation in the project (Step 1: Say hi on our Discord server!)

Knowledge of writing memory-saving, performant code in Solidity, Ability to work together and communicate clearly with the team and both internal and external organizations and expert knowledge of code versioning systems like Git are expertise for their required candidates.
It would be ideal to discover someone who also has knowledge of the web3 technologies used by Ethereum, expertise with and knowledge of mobile wallets and cryptocurrencies.
Required candidates will have knowledge of and/or expertise with: Go, Python, Typescript, Streamr, Ceramic, Data Unions, OpenPilot, OpenStreetMaps, Polygon, IPFS, and/or work experience in the mobility and IoT space.
